    I'm trying to get rid of my fats around my tummy..
    haiz.. but my stomach keep calling me to feed her !
    tsk tsk.
    And i hate it when i get bloated. My tummy looks juz like a HOT AIR balloon...
    Going to burst !! =(
    but my boss kept saying becuz i'm constipated.
    tat's why.. and asked me to go on low fibre diet.
    i duno why, but i felt worst if i dun tad vege or fruits more...
    constipation get worst.. felt so miserable.. awwww.... =(
    i take "good bacteria" product when necessary..
    so imagine when i go for holiday..
    i bring them along !! in case i cant BO for few days.. zhen shi de. =(
    and guess what.. i put on 1kg recently.. LOL.
    and i think all e fats deposit at e same place... my thick tummy!
    wah piang.
    to my arms also !!
    i'm trying to exercise with dumbells in case they get loose over e time.
    LOL !! =x
    Aug is coming. i'm still planning.. $$ ! =_=
