    2dae went lab to practice CPR !
    damn shit.
    my palm there is painful !
    arGH........!
    is like having blisters !
    redness... haiz..
    duno tml can practice again not.. =(
    doing e compressions wan my life !
    giving ventilations of 12 breaths + every cycle 2 breaths.
    total of 22 breaths..
    i collapsed !
    now pt's turn to rescue mi.
    haaa !
    after doing e 5 cycles plus rescue breathing..
    i feel so breathless.. so tired. giddy.. wanna collapse !
    haaa...
    i'm sure all of us experience e above symptoms...!

    i dunw an to retake...
    it's so so difficult..
    i'm thinking after few practice.
    my palm left on manikin's chest n i go home..
